I often listen with just one earbud in while at work, in case anyone talks to me, and it created a startling effect when just starting Hail To The Thief. I didn’t recognize the intro to 2+2=5 at all when only listening to the left and felt disoriented—it only includes the percussion and two vocal lines, all of the guitar is in the right, so I ended up with a nice a cappella effect.
Looks like I need both sides to do them justice!
