MTA: MetroCards Will Be Replaced By No-Swipe Smart Cards (Gothamist)

I like this. Lately I’ve been dreaming of a device that adequately combines the following items that I carry in my purse daily:

-planner
-cell phone
-iPod
-digital camera
-usb drives
-keys (to apartment, three offices, and bike lock)
-metrocard

Ok, the first few could basically be combined if I had an iPhone and used an electronic calendar, but the keys and metrocard in some digital form would be great! Maybe a water bottle somehow, too.
