How to Cook Dried Beans in the Slow Cooker (crockpot365)
I’ll say it: I hereby quit canned beans. This feels like an extreme statement, but we successfully quit buying bread three years ago once we committed to the bread machine; I think we can do this, too. (What do you think, CR?)
The other key is:

The beans will store nicely in the refrigerator for 1 week, or in the freezer for 6 months.

One bag equals three cans!! No BPA! It’s a miracle.

Perfect, perfect. I admit to buying a can when I’m in a bind or need them quickly, but I love dried beans.
