I’m still thinking about the game Agricola (which is listed at $69! Ouch!), and after my epic lose last night, am reading some tips.
GeekCasual offers insight:*

-The most limited resource is people. Grow your family as soon and as often as possible.
-Of course, you will need a strong food engine established early on so you don’t have to waste actions on gathering food. Use improvements (minor and major) and occupations to get the food mill going.
-When you pick an action that allows multiple events, do them all. Make the best of your most limited resource.
-Pay attention to the point system. Know how much each item is worth and what the penalties are for not having them.

*if your name is Christian, Jason, or Erin, please do not read these helpful tips.
Get ready to play this, everyone I know.
