“Obama’s going to win New York anyway, what’s the point?”
After being asked, “why bother voting, it doesn’t matter anyway,” by someone sometimes known as “Mike,” CR sent me the following fabulous rant:
This makes me realize something that I don’t think that I have thought of before. I very nearly despise what I will call the “spectator culture”. <cliche> Life isn’t a spectator sport! </cliche> It annoys me when people watch foot/base/bocce-ball all the time but don’t actually play a freaking sport. It annoys me when people talk about things all the time but don’t actually DO anything. CNBC pisses me off because all they do is talk (without thinking). WTF!?! People shouldn’t just sit and watch the world go by, they should be active participants.
Totally. Fucking. Lame.
ps. strip clubs suck too!

I like that I’ve found someone who hates everyone as much as I do to share rants with and DO things with.
