A colleague just forwarded me an e-mail from clothing store Anthropologie that has this fantastic animated gif. I’m entranced.
Mr. Jarrett did not disappoint tonight, and played no less than 4 encores. It was a packed house, and he was very talkative and in good spirits. He has such control over the piano.
My 18 year old self would be pretty impressed and surprised to learn that I could hear Keith Jarrett live at Carnegie Hall (for free!) in 2012.

We had a pretty fun time upstate for a family picnic this weekend. CR captured the hearts of 8-year-old twins with his badminton skills so much that they fell to tears when he let another guy (age 5) play in his place.
