It’s a clip-on iPad keyboard with a milled aluminum chassis and integrated speaker that ostensibly converts the iPad into a MacBook. Other products like this exist, but Brydge is a bit more minimal than the others, and doesn’t fall into the trap of trying to make the iPad look exactly like a Macbook Air.

Skimmed this article this morning and loved the advice to put your name and contact number on the lock screen wallpaper. Obvious, but something I never thought of before. My Blackberry used to have a setting for this; I’m surprised that smarter smartphones don’t.

I just looked into why I hadn’t received my iPad camera connection kit yet, and it looks like they mistakenly delivered it to someone else. To fix it, they’re overnighting a new kit to me tomorrow AND giving me a red leather smart cover (MSRP: $69). I’m a happy customer.
My suggestions are now seeping beyond Android
- Me: You should get the Gmail app on your iPhone, too. Then you get all the features.
- CR: I didn't realize that you getting this new iPad would lead you to be bossing me about how to use my phone, too.
